RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We will not accept returns of any kind. All Products including Scoops, Purses, Jewelry, etc are final sale. We do not accept exchanges of any kind. It’s a lucky lottery scoop love!! You will get lucky no matter what ;)  

 

SHIPPING

When an order is received, we ship it out within 5-7 business days unless noted otherwise. Exceptions are T-SHIRTS as they are shipped separately. Based on the shipping option purchased, you should receive your package within 3-10 business days. When ordering, an email will be sent to you with tracking details. You can also download the Shop app to keep track of the order there as well. 💖

Please note T-Shirts are shipped by a third party and will not be included in your order with scoops/Lippys/etc. You will receive a separate Tracking number once they are shipped! 

SLOST AND DAMAGED PACKAGES

For lost packages, we are not responsible. We please ask you to file a missing package claim with the post office or carrier. Once it’s been scanned in, it is no longer in our control/responsibility. For damaged packages, we package everything with love and care and very securely so that you may receive your items in pristine condition to enjoy. Please contact us through the contact page via email and we will respond within 7 business days. You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package with pictures or screenshots of the damaged product. We will send you a replacement but if out of stock of that item, we will issue you a full refund to the original form of payment for that product. 💋

CANCELLATIONS

We can offer a full refund if you cancel within 3 hours of ordering and as long as we have not shipped out your package. Anything shipped out, we can not stop it as it is now in the hands of the mail carrier. It can no longer be canceled and refunded if in the hands of the shipping carrier or post office. 💕
